Project - Primary Research

Hi I am writing this blog on behalf of my Project group; Scottish Parliament.
This group consists of 4 people; Amy Cowan, Ashleigh Hynes, John Cruickshank, and Joanna Watt. Having done our secondary research we are now doing our primary research.
The aim of our study is to see how people use their vote in Scotland. We will do this by going into the city centre and conducting a questionaire consisting of yes or no answers. We will then record our findings in a pie chart.
That is all.

  1. I am back to update all the blog followers on our project progress. Since I last blogged, I (Amy Cowan), went into the city centre with Ashleigh where we handed out 50 questionnaires to the general public. The questionnaire was about voting behaviour in Scotland. All 50 participants were eligible to vote. We found that the May 2011 elections were going to be a very close call. There was no major deviation from people who would be voting, and the people who would not. We were asked by Susan Traynor to conduct a report based on our findings. My report contained the current voting system, the referendum, the findings from the questionnaire, internet research, and newspaper research. I have handed my report in and I now await my results.
